I'm not satisfy with the sales promoter at Mid Valley. I'm been cheated. When purchase, everything is OK & fine. I can refer to any other outlet for service after sales. Now, I have problem with my necklace and i only can refer back to MID VALLEY. Fine, i went back to Mid Valley,....No good service is given to me. Sales promoter not freindy anymore. Where is the customer service???

misy, i had the same experience too. a friend of me recommended me to go there so that i can get a discount of RM500 but the RM500 discount can only be used to add additional photos. but i'm 90% sure that u'll be adding photos. it's so darn hard to choose 50 photos out of the 700 photos that they snap. man! it was even harder than a job of a CEO.

i just bought a couple ring yesterday in mid valley brunches...... but the so called RM1000 redbliss voucher cannot use to reduce the wedding photo package price.... only can use for additional add on item.. while the wah chan sales ppl told me it can be use to reduce the package price and it's stated tat it can be use to reduce the package price if the package price is above RM2000...... WHY what they (redbliss) said and what they stated in the voucher is different???

Wah Chan Promotion period stated from 30th May 2008 until 31st July 2008.
I have bought 916 gold for more than RM3,000.00 during this promotion period but did not get any free stay and dine at Genting Highlands. Is it fair ?? This promotion did not mentioned while stock last basis but they refuse to fulfilled the promotion offered. Is this the correct way to advertise but is not actually given to customer on what they offered ???
