i was at tiara beach from 27th dec till 29th 2009. it was a horrible experience. we had booked 2 apts facing the water view. one room had the view but the other 1/4 water view. when we checked in one bathroom ceiling was pouring with the above washroom's dirty water. one bed room did not have a door knob. the water kettle was not working.flush tank does not flush. no bath towels. called the frontdesk from 4pm till 8 pm but no response. we had to go personally and take the maintainence man to the room. the 'beach' was dirty and foulsmelling with diapers floating. in on apt there are about 10 to 20 guests. cooking was going on and food debries were thrown all over the car park and corridors.we paid rm 1600 for 3 days and 2 nites for 2 bedroom apts and 7 adults and 2 kids. i think this place will be a grat source of H1NI BREAKOUT. I REGRETTED AND NEVER ENJOYED MY ENTIRE STAY
