On 11 Jan I bought a red Arcadia blouse from Queensbay Jusco for Chinese New Year. It costsin close to RM60. I liked the blouse because I thought it suits me. After wearing it I soaked it in water for about half an hour before using Attack detergent. Horrors! There were dark splotches when I checked. I brought it back to make a complaint on 27th Jan. I did not keep the receipt. I was told that without the receipt (though my purchase was recorded in the system) and it being over the 2 week period, I could not be compensated. It is sad that I got to wear the blouse for only one time. I suggest Jusco soak the blouse as I did to investigate my claim.
