This is my first time to stay in your hotel,i am very dissapointed for your front office staff & duty mananger attitude on today 1/12/08.

i booking your hotel on yesterday and check out today,but,when the time i booking for your hotel reservation on yesterday,they told me the rate is $170++.but when i check out today,the rate is became $230.when i checking with your duty mananger my rate is $170++ insteal of $230.but he told me because i am stay at deluxe room ,so the rate is $230 insteal of $170,i told him that i never request i want the room is deluxe room.i am dissapointed he answer me u alreadly ataying whole night ,so i need to pay $230.and he told me i need to check the bill before i sigh .but before i check in ,i alredly inform u staff my rate is $170++.but i really don't know that he giving me is a deluxe room,and i trus your ,that why i didn't check the rate and sigh.the duty manager wanted me to pay the amount is no right to me,is no because of the money,is the attitude he show me a face.i very very dissapointed yr duty manager .hope your hotel can be improve your staff .
