Dear sir,
My name is Chan,
I was in your bank ATM on the 6 Aug 2010 at right hand side end unit.
Around 10 to 11 am withdraw the cash from your machine.
First I have ask for RM1,000 but no money been came out.
Than wish to draw RM700.00 again no money been came out.
Than on the left middle ATM tried to draw RM1000.00, it was OK.
I am from Kelantan, yeaterday, I was checking my account balance " suprised" that RM1,700.00 been cut from my account.
Please help me to get back my RM1,700 and charges RM2.
