ahh ... so sorry to hear that. everytime when it's the 31st of the month, the only thing we see ppl holding is a baskin robbins hand pack.
i got it myself and it's like a pasar malam in there. staff yelling for the no that they gave you earlier and it's packed with ice-cream lovers like us as well.

Last nite went to BR at City Square JB, realised it was 31st October and the 31pc offer!..we adore BR ..rushed there almost closing time and realised after queing for it ..the store supervisor said the offer is not available as theirs is a franchise store..what a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT...we just had a small cone instead of a big tub ......Sigh
